Wonton wrappers
Easy wonton wrappers. 1 hour wait.
Ingredients
- 280 gram flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed (2) with a dough hook for 4 minutes.
- Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface (prefer cornstarch).
- Shape into a ball.
- Place ball into a bowl.
- Cover with a damp cloth.
- Wait 1 hour.
- Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface (prefer cornstarch).
- Split into two pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin rectangle (3mm thick).
- Cut into 3-1/2 in squares.
