  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed (2) with a dough hook for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface (prefer cornstarch).
  4. Shape into a ball.
  5. Place ball into a bowl.
  6. Cover with a damp cloth.
  7. Wait 1 hour.
  8. Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface (prefer cornstarch).
  9. Split into two pieces.
  10. Roll each piece into a thin rectangle (3mm thick).
  11. Cut into 3-1/2 in squares.
