Sourdough starter

Maintaining a sourdough starter for only 15 mins per week.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove starter from refrigerator.
  2. Remove all but 30g of your existing starter (keeping the existing in its jar and discarding the excess).
  3. Add 30g flour to the starter.
  4. Add 30g water to the starter.
  5. Stir starter, flour and water with a chopstick until consistent.
  6. Put starter in the refrigerator.
  7. Repeat weekly.
