  1. Combine flour, salt and butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed (2) with a flat beater for 30 seconds (until combined).
  3. Add water.
  4. Beat at low speed (2) with a flat beater until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Remove from bowl and place onto plastic wrap.
  6. Shape into a ball, flatten into a disk and wrap with plastic.
  7. Chill in the fridge for an hour or freezer for 30 minutes before use.
