Puff pastry
Easy puff pastry in 45 mins.
Ingredients
- 140 gram flour
- 140 gram butter (cut into 1/4" slices)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt and butter in a mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed (2) with a flat beater for 30 seconds (until combined).
- Add water.
- Beat at low speed (2) with a flat beater until a smooth dough forms.
- Remove from bowl and place onto plastic wrap.
- Shape into a ball, flatten into a disk and wrap with plastic.
- Chill in the fridge for an hour or freezer for 30 minutes before use.
