Minimal pasta dough. 30 mins wait.
Ingredients
- 280 gram flour
- 3 large egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed (2) with a dough hook for 10 mins (until a very smooth dough forms).
- Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface.
- Shape into a ball.
- Cover with cling film.
- Wait 30 - 90 minutes (longer is better).
- Place onto a well-floured surface.
- Cut into 4 pieces, roll out and cut to shape (using a machine or rolling pin and knife).
- Cook in boiling water until it floats to the top.
