Crepes
Hand-whisked buttery crepes in 5 mins.
Ingredients
- 120 gram flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Combine flour, milk and water in a mixing bowl.
- Stir until flour is fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
- Add eggs.
- Whisk vigorously until aerated.
- Drizzle melted butter in while stirring.
- Add vanilla.
- Whisk vigorously until homogeneous and aerated.
- Rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour (optional).
- Bake in a pan.
