  1. Melt butter.
  2. Combine flour, milk and water in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir until flour is fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Whisk vigorously until aerated.
  6. Drizzle melted butter in while stirring.
  7. Add vanilla.
  8. Whisk vigorously until homogeneous and aerated.
  9. Rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour (optional).
  10. Bake in a pan.
