Bread
Minimal white yeast bread. 2 hour wait and 25 mins bake.
Ingredients
- 400 gram flour
- 280 gram water (at body temperature)
- 2.25 tsp instant yeast (one packet)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed (2) with a dough hook for 6 minutes.
- Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface.
- Shape into a boule.
- Place boule into lightly oiled bowl and cover.
- Wait 1 hour.
- Punch down.
- Remove from bowl and place onto a well-floured surface.
- Split into two pieces.
- Shape each piece into a boule.
- Place boules on a well-floured cloth.
- Wait 1 hour.
- Score breads.
- Bake for 25 mins at 350F.
