Tom collins

A fizzy and tamer gin old fashioned.

Glass: highball

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• soda water

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4. Fill wtih soda water.
5. Garnish with a lemon slice in the drink.
