Sidecar

Like a margarita, but with brandy.

Glass: martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz cognac
• 1 oz triple sec (e.g. Cointreau)
• 1 oz lemon juice

Instructions

1. Combine cognac, triple sec and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass rimmed with salt.
4. Garnish with orange slice on the rim.
