Gimlet

A refreshing, citrus-forward gin drink.

Glass: martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz lime juice

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass.
4. Garnish with a lime slice on the rim.
