Brandy flip

Brandy old-fashioned with a raw egg in it.

Glass: coupe

Ingredients

• 2 oz brandy
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 whole egg

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 1 minute.
3. Strain into a glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
