Boston sour

A whiskey citrus drink smoothed by egg white froth.

Glass: coupe

Ingredients

• 2 oz whiskey
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 1 minute.
3. Strain into a glass.
